Rio Vista Cemetery is located along Highway 12 in Rio Vista.  The community of Rio Vista was established in 1858 and is located at the tip of Solano County.  Immigrants from Germany, Portugal, England, Sweden, Scotland and Canada settled into Rio Vista where farming became the way of life.  As you take a stroll through the Rio Vista Cemetery you will get a good idea of the history of the first settlers to this tiny community and their family members that are still present in the community today.
